Parents and carers – you may be interested to know that the government has set up a WhatsApp group which will send you all the latest COVID-19 updates. If you would like to join it simply add 07860064422 as a contact in WhatsApp and send the message ‘Hi’. You will then be registered.
Warning about email and telephone scams
Watch out for scams exploiting the coronavirus pandemic, such as:
Emails asking parents for bank details because they qualify for FSM.
Phone calls purporting to be official bodies (such as HMRC, Sky, BT, etc.) asking for bank details .
